My name is Tom Domschke, however I typically go by Tom Dom as people have difficulty with pronouncing Domschke. I am the managing partner and designated broker for Visionary Properties Property Management. I have been with VPPM nearly a decade and believe that in that time we have built the best property management team and company in the state of Arizona! Prior to helping build VPPM into the valley’s property management powerhouse it is today I worked 21 years in marketing, sales, management and radio. I am originally from Chicago, however I am an ASU graduate and a proud veteran of nearly 30 Phoenix area Summers! I pride myself in honesty, ethics and ensuring the client is always satisfied. We cannot be successful without happy clients! I have been married nearly 20 years to the love of my life and she is my entire world outside of VPPM! I enjoy traveling with my family and being a closet NERD! I love Star Wars, Star Trek and everything else GEEK! More important than all that is the fact that I want to be your property manager! My name is Jason Rodgers and I am one of the original founders of Visionary Properties Property Management. When we started VPPM we did it with the idea that we wanted to provide property management services that were second to none. We believe that we have succeeded in that goal and it shows through all that we do! Our belief is that success is only achieved through doing the right thing all the time and never compromising our values. We are “old school” in that we still believe the customer is always right and that without our happy clients we could not be the dynamic force in property management we are today. We named our company Visionary Properties Property Management because I am blind and it was important to let the world know that just because someone is blind does not mean they don’t have VISION!
